Abstract Submissions Are Now Open!
We are delighted to announce that abstract submissions are now open for the European Iron Club (EIC) Meeting 2026, to be held 18–20 June 2026 in Dublin, Ireland. This annual scientific meeting brings together leading researchers, clinicians, and scholars dedicated to explore the latest breakthroughs in iron metabolism, translational research, and clinical applications.
We invite you to submit your original research abstracts for consideration for oral and poster presentations.

Submission Guidelines
We welcome submissions that align with the conference theme and contribute to the advancement of positive psychology. Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and should:

Include a Title: Maximum of 20 words.

Include up to to 3 relevant keywords.
-
Should not contain figures, tables, or graphics.
-
Should not contain marketing, commercial or promotional content.
-
Present original research, completed or in progress.
-
Describe scientific findings, innovative methods, or meaningful clinical or translational insights relating to iron metabolism, biology, or associated diseases.

Follow the structured abstract format:
1. Introduction
[State purpose and research problem]
2. Methods / Patients
[Study design, models, analytical approach]
3. Results
[Key findings]
4. Discussion / Conclusions
[Interpretation and implications]
5. Funding
Add any relevant funding
The submitting author is considered the corresponding author and must ensure that:

All names, affiliations, and emails are correct.

All co-authors have approved the final version.
The presenting author must register for the meeting; abstracts will not be scheduled unless registration is completed.
You may indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation; however, the Scientific Committee makes the final decision due to time and session constraints.
All abstracts will undergo peer review by the 2026 EIC Scientific Committee.
